What does a first appointment entail?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Treatment generally lasts about an hour. The first appointment includes a brief intake interview. Based on the intake interview, a treatment plan is developed (in consultation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What should I take into account during treatment?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Please bring your own (large) bath towel and a small hand towel. Please also be aware that symptoms may occur after treatment, such as dizziness, drowsiness, feeling out of sorts, fatigue, and pain. These are normal reactions that will disappear within a few hours to a day. You will be given ample time to recover before leaving. Also, pay attention to your clothing: don't wear delicate, oil-resistant clothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long does a treatment take?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A treatment can vary from half an hour to 2 hours. A
Complaint-oriented treatment becomes effective when 3-5 treatments are performed

How much does a treatment cost?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Results are often achieved after just one treatment, particularly in terms of relaxation. A series of 3 to 5 regular treatments is recommended to achieve effective results for complaints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I pay?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can click the "Make an appointment" button on our website to access our online booking system. You can pay online immediately. You can also pay cash, by card, or we'll send you a payment request (Tikkie) over the phone. If you've been a client with us for a while and visit regularly, you can also pay by bank transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We have a policy of canceling at least 24 hours in advance (via email, WhatsApp, or phone), otherwise we will be forced to charge the fee. You can also reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself 48 hours in advance via the online booking system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am pregnant, can I undergo treatment?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can make an appointment with us from the 12th week of pregnancy. In the last few weeks before delivery, only a reflexology treatment or a partial treatment of the head, back, neck, and shoulder area is recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have cancer, can I undergo treatment?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can undergo treatment in consultation with your doctor or regular practitioner. A foot reflexology or marma point treatment is recommended unless otherwise advised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I make an appointment?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can make an appointment via the online booking system on the website, email, telephone or WhatsApp (see 'Contact').<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have additional insurance, will the treatment also be reimbursed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We recommend that you always check with your health insurer beforehand. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee reimbursement. Please bring your health insurance card to your first appointment so we can prepare all the information for a claim form.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
