If you receive therapy in our practice, we record and process certain personal data. This is necessary for preparing invoices and for your history of therapeutic and medical treatments. In addition, other highly personal and privacy-sensitive matters are discussed during therapy. We may make notes about these matters to ensure the continuity and development of the therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may use your (contact) information to inform you by email or in writing about topics related to the therapy we provide. We only do this with your consent (see below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your personal data is only provided to us by yourself, either by completing a form, by email, or during a personal consultation. Your consent forms the (legally required) basis for us to record your personal data. You can also choose to give limited consent for the recording of only a few details necessary for the execution of the treatment agreement. You can withdraw this consent (in whole or in part) at any time. In that case, we may no longer use your personal data or process any new personal data from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
