Recovering from your symptoms naturally with the help of Ayurveda

Ayurveda (literally: life science) is an ancient holistic health system that has its roots in India. Fundamental is the 5-element theory (space, air/wind, fire, water and earth). From these elements arise the three bio-energies vata/air, pitta/fire and kapha/water. Ayurveda can help restore body and mind naturally.

Many forms of treatment can be applied specifically to the complaint(s) and person.

Yoga classes and consultations to help you stay balanced

Like Ayurveda, yoga also has its origins in India. Whereas Ayurveda works mainly on the body, yoga is the science of connecting our body with our mind. Body awareness is possible only when your mind is attuned to it. Yoga teaches you to re-establish this interaction and leads you to peace, flexibility and happiness in life.

There are different perspectives and forms of yoga. The wisdom from yoga and Ayurveda together is called Ayuryoga. This form is also taught within our institute (both in groups and individually).

Touch is essential in everyone's life

Touch gives warmth and existence, but it can also heal you. Massage is a way to stimulate certain currents in your body so that it can heal again. It has both a nourishing and cleansing effect.

Ayurvedic massage is distinguished from most other massages by the use of the various herbal oils (tailas). On both physiological and energetic levels, these oils work well. In India, within clinics, massage is seen primarily as a technique and part of therapy. Within the wellness sector, more emphasis is placed on the relaxation aspect.
