Ayuryoga is a combination of yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic wisdom. It focuses on the unique individual and the five elements of nature. Ayuryoga is different every time, both in the content of the classes and in the experience.

AYURYOGA CONSULT
An Ayuryoga consultation is individual yoga therapy and is an excellent (self-)help tool for addressing physical and psychological complaints. It consists of tailored support in yoga postures and meditation exercises. For effectiveness, we recommend scheduling a series of five weekly consultations.
MEDITATION
Meditation is a way to raise your consciousness and bring you back into harmony (peace) with yourself. It connects you with your inner stillness. Through silence consciously By experiencing this, other layers of your being open up, creating more space for deepening and peace from unrest, clinging, and pain. Meditation is effective for, among other things: stress, burnout and insomnia but generally works very well as a fixed part of your daily routine.
