Learn how to do a head massage in a fun, unique, yet simple way!

Indian head massage is also called champagne called. The word 'champi' means massage in many Indian dialects and stems from the age-old Ayurvedic tradition of massage as a form of healing and preventative health within traditional family life.
The massage primarily works on the upper three chakras (vishudda, ajna, and sahasrara) but also on the marmas (energy points) in the head, neck, throat, and shoulder areas. The massage can be used for both therapeutic and relaxation purposes.
The therapeutic effects of Indian head massage:

The workshop consists of a theoretical and practical component. You'll receive a clear explanation of basic Ayurvedic principles, the anatomy of the head, neck, and shoulders, and information about how they work in specific areas. We'll use authentic Indian herbal oils.
The workshop will be given by Franca Ficchi (Ayurvedic Practitioner).
Costs: 180 euros (including work materials, extensive workbook and Ayurvedic lunch).
