The right diet is food that suits you. We'll explain what Ayurveda is and the principles that govern understanding food, including seasonality.
In this winter workshop, we'll delve into the rich, warming, and fortifying cuisine of Ayurveda. The cold months call for dishes that build the body, support the digestive fire, and strengthen the immune system.
We cook with warming spices, rich flavors, hearty grains, and warm oils that balance kapha and soothe vata. Think hearty soups, spicy stews, warming breakfast dishes, and simple tonics for daily self-care.
You will learn how to create more inner warmth and strength with Ayurvedic nutrition to get through the winter healthy and grounded.
