Ayurveda is becoming increasingly popular and, like yoga, is a holistic system that provides us with tools to live more consciously and healthily. The consultations we currently offer are often not sufficient in terms of time if you are not yet completely familiar with everything but want to be helped practically on your way. You can also do the extensive health check once a year as a preventive maintenance tool for your overall health. In the two-hour session, we systematically check all facets of your personal health. You will receive all the necessary information in a handy folder to take home.
