This fall, we're offering several opportunities to attend a unique introductory weekend, fully catered and including overnight stays!
The weekends on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (which will be programmed entirely in accordance with current RIVM guidelines) are open to both professionals and anyone who wants to learn to live more consciously, and are primarily aimed at inspiring you with age-old life wisdom.
The program consists of the following components:
- Introduction to Ayurveda
- Introduction to Massage
- Learn to apply Ayurveda in practice
- Ayurvedic cooking
- Yoga and meditation
- Giving and receiving massage
There is room for up to 6 people.
The weekend will be led by Franca Ficchi (Ayurvedic practitioner, massage therapist, yoga and meditation instructor). With over 20 years of experience in the world of Ayurveda and massage, she knows how to motivate everyone with enthusiasm.
There's a set daily program that you can participate in without obligation. The cost for the entire weekend is €350 per person, including VAT.
