Who is this Privacy Statement for?

This Privacy Statement relates to the processing of personal data for interested parties and clients. We respect the privacy of our clients and handle your personal data with care. In doing so, we adhere to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this Privacy Statement, we inform you about the way in which we process your personal data.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

For what purposes do we process which personal data?

If you are following therapy in our practice, we register and process certain personal data. These are necessary for the preparation of invoices, your history of therapeutic and medical treatments. In addition, during therapy, other, very personal and also privacy-sensitive matters. We can take notes on this, focused on the continuity and development of the therapy.

It is possible that we use (contact) data to inform you by e-mail or in writing about topics related to the therapy we provide. We will only do this if you give us permission to do so (see below).

We process personal data for various purposes, which are explained in more detail below. Not every one of these processing purposes will apply to you. If a processing purpose and/or part thereof does not apply to you, In that case, the personal data of yours referred to below will not be processed for that purpose. For all purposes, the name, Email address and phone number can be processed.

To inform you as a client about our treatments: your name and e-mail address.

To be able to treat you as a client: your name, gender, address, E-mail address, Date of birth, and telephone number(s).

How is your personal data collected?

Your personal data will only be provided to us by you, by filling in a form, or by e-mail, or through a personal consultation. Your consent is the (legally required) basis for us to register your personal data. You can also choose to give a limited permission for the registration of only a few, data necessary for the execution of the treatment agreement. You can revoke this consent (in whole or in part) at any time. We will then no longer be allowed to use your personal data, and no longer process any new personal data about you.

How is your personal data secured?

In order to protect your personal data in the best possible way, we take appropriate administrative and technical measures to prevent misuse of your personal data., loss, Unauthorized access, Unwanted Disclosure, prevent unauthorised modification or otherwise unlawful processing. This site is for that purpose, among other things. SSL/TLS secured. Only we have access to your personal data.

What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?

The request to exercise one or more of the above rights may be made in writing by sending us an e-mail message after which you will be notified within 48 will receive a confirmation within the next few hours.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties

We do not provide your personal data to third parties, except in situations where we request the support of another party in providing applicable information, as mentioned above. In that case, it will never concern special personal data such as medical data, or personal, Emotional Information. As a therapeutic practice, we are also bound by professional secrecy.
