Active meditation in nature
Walking has traditionally been used in India as part of therapy. Movement promotes a healthy flow of energy, which is essential for good health.
In this form of walking, you meditatively connect with yourself, with nature, and with all forms of energy around you. We also do a number of body and breathing exercises. This creates an opportunity for connection and flow. In Ayurveda, early morning (sunrise) is considered a beneficial time for body and mind because Prana than is present in its purest form in the cosmos.
