Various treatment modalities are available, tailored to the individual's specific complaint(s). An Ayurvedic Practitioner is a therapist who guides and supports you with treatments and advice. The term "Ayurvedic Practitioner" is a protected title in Indian medicine. At the Ayurveda Institute, the Ayurvedic Practitioner is represented by Franca Ficchi.

Panchakarma, a profound cleansing cure
Panchakarma is the fivefold cleansing treatment (five actions). It is used both curatively and preventatively. At the Ayurveda Institute, the emphasis is more on the preventative aspect. We offer two types of treatments: external (can be started individually all year round) and internal (biannly, in groups).
The panchakarma we offer individually is a unique, customized treatment. We believe it's important to understand your goals and any specific physical or psychological ailments you may have, so we offer a preliminary intake consultation. The treatments take place at our farmhouse in Winschoten. Standard daily components of the all-inclusive treatment include one to two treatments, a sauna, a short consultation, rest, yoga, and meditation. A short nutrition workshop can also be incorporated into the treatment.

Massage therapy
Massage improves the overall health and well-being of the body. Massage therapy has been shown to contribute significantly to the homeostasis (balance) of the recipient's body.
Through specific techniques and contact through the skin, the central nervous system is activated and sedated in such a way that it contributes to effective recovery from complaints.

If you come for therapy, you can get a declaration form for the treatments for your health insurance.
We are experienced and expert practitioners affiliated with various professional associations and registers. This means that in many cases, you can receive (partial) reimbursement from your health insurer.
