Het Ayurveda Instituut also offers short blocks of meditation (5 evenings). There are many ways to practice meditation. In this block of 5 lessons, you can explore several forms of meditation. The lessons are led by Franca Ficchi.
The emphasis is on stillness, on getting closer to yourself. The asanas (body postures) are used to learn to feel more deeply.
To conclude, there's an opportunity to enjoy a cup of herbal tea to help you relax and end the evening. Highly recommended if you have trouble sleeping!
The course consists of a series of five 1.5-hour lessons. However, if you'd like to attend just one lesson, that's also possible.
Costs: €15.00 per lesson / €70.00 for a 5-lesson card.
