Our head is the most essential part of our body, regulating our entire system, including the central nervous system and senses. A massage helps us regain awareness of our own emotional experience, both in body and mind. Paying attention to the scalp and hair is an additional aspect of good self-care. Ayurvedic head massage (also known as: Indian head massage or chiampi) distinguishes itself through its techniques and use of specific oils. In this workshop, you will practice on each other. Besides the head, we will also focus on the neck, shoulders, and face.

Bring your own lunch and comfortable clothes. Keep in mind that your hair will get oily, so protect your head from cold and wet weather when you go back outside.
