The right diet is food that suits you. We'll explain what Ayurveda is and the principles that govern understanding food, including seasonality.
The transition to autumn calls for warm, nourishing, and soothing dishes. In this workshop, you'll discover how Ayurvedic cooking techniques can bring stability to your body and mind. We'll cook with sweet, soft, and warm flavors that calm vata and support the nervous system. Think warming stews, gentle soups, spicy masalas, and soothing spices.
You will learn how to create more grounding through nutrition, strengthen your immunity and enter the busy autumn period with more peace.
