Ayurvedic Head Massage – one-day training

Ayurvedic Head Massage – 1 day

Ayurvedic head massage holds a special place in Ayurvedic health doctrine. Massage is seen not only as relaxation but as a way to support peace, awareness, and balance in body and mind. Attention to the scalp, hair, and nervous system also makes this massage a valuable form of self-care.

In this one-day training, you'll delve deeper into Ayurvedic head massage, also known as Indian head massage or chiampi. You'll learn specific techniques and the use of Ayurvedic oils. Besides the head, we also address the neck, shoulders, and face, teaching you to perform a cohesive and comprehensive treatment.

During this training day of 6 hours Theory and practice naturally alternate. You practice on each other and experience both giving and receiving massage.
