Kundalini yoga is sometimes called the yoga of consciousness called. If you practiced this yoga often goes up your levels of consciousness.

With that consciousness you better communicate from the here and now.

Kundalini yoga works very directly on both your nervous system if your glands system, giving you the effect of the yoga experience in relaxation right away, vitality and alertness.

In Kundalini yoga, dynamic body exercises used, combined with different breathing techniques, mantra ’ s, mudra ’ s and meditations.

It is considered as the most powerful form of yoga Kundalini yoga

Kundalini yoga is a very old secret Indian tradition. Yogi Bahjan, a devout Sikh, decided to break this secret because he had the idea that this form of yoga could help enormously with the tensions of life to go.
In 1969 He went to California with the intention of teachers and thus Kundalini yoga in the West to spread.
Many of his pupils were former hippies who discovered that this yoga a same ruffle, the same confidence could give as an experience with drugs ...
And meanwhile Kundalini yoga widespread and very hip!

A Kundalini les always has the same structure:

  • Tune: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo with the mantra
  • Warming Up
  • Kriya (series exercises)
  • Meditation
  • Conclude with Sat Nam
